Packages will mail out in 2-4 business days after your order has been placed. 

If there may be delays,  the buyer will be contacted.

If your order is custom and not premade in store, allow for 2-4 weeks from purchase date to shipping date.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Items purchased from Goose + Red Hen are final sale. 

 

Refunds and exchanges are looked at on an order to order basis and may be done if an order is received in a defective condition.  Please contact gooseandredhen@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue right away.  

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

Goose + Red Hen uses a variety of fabrics with a focus on organic knits and wovens. Several of the materials used are printed with eco-friendly water based inks and/or low impact dyes.  Some fading can be expected for certain fabrics used (such as the organic cotton interlock knits).

 

It is recommended to use a gentle cool-warm wash setting, t0 use a phosphate free detergent, and t0 dry your items on low heat to help your items last.

 

All fabrics are pre-washed and shrunk.
